Hello All,
Filed my I-485 with medical on Apr-10
Fingerprinting on May-8
contacted emma live agent for case staus, operator said waiting for interview or waiver, my case number starts with MSC, any idea how long it will take for them to approve my GC?
priority date is current if that matters
Want to travel this summer but stuck with these immigration :(

@Selith H No, I even asked if background check completed but agent replied they can’t give such information

@Nomad 15 Honestly I dont know the usefulness of those agents if they cant provide such basic information. Some of them can tell you the field office but others prefer not to disclose it or even lie about it.
