@Anastasiia White you need to type “live agent” thru Emma, they will ask you few things before connecting to a real agent and then you can ask them for updates on your case, they’re not always proactive but sometimes they’re helpful.

@ed time i have been getting the same reply from Emma and my PD is March 15,2023 with case at the Atlanta FO too. Had my interview ok 27th June and both i130 and i485 still pending.
