I-485 Stuck After SR and Congressman Inquiry – Need Advice
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on my pending I-485 application. My priority date is May 2021, and I submitted a service request on April 1, 2025. On May 22, my case status changed from “Case Remains Pending” to “Fingerprint was taken,” and I was expecting a response to the service request by June 24. However, I haven’t received any update or email yet, and the status has remained unchanged for over 35 days. I already tried a congressional inquiry, but that didn’t help either. At this point, I’m not sure whether I should submit a second service request or wait longer for the first one. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any suggestions would be appreciated. #fingerprintupdated #Crp #eb3

@PD June 2021 calling USCIS they can only see limited stuff which are already known only thing they are telling me is too wait as the officer has been assigned and might take some time

my case is the same. I was trying to submit the second service, but it said I cannot make it since previous SR is pending.
