this is a good sign that they are going to review your case for approval. the request for birth certificate was just because they flipped through your case and noticed it wasn’t there or wasn’t the correct version. congrats you are probably really close!

@Ace 24 they also bullshit people so you have to take what they say with a grain of salt…. they told me mine was in my local office and it’s actually still at the service center… they lie all the time

@John Smith that’s definitely true but also the greeen check mark changed dates which is always an indication that they are reviewing the case. someone has looked at my case multiple times according to the live agents but my RFE received date has never changed.

@John Smith Your case can be transferred electronically to the FO, but physically it's still at the SC. After further checks/Adjudication, your approval letter will actually come from the SC.

it means the RFE was reviewed and added to your file. Yes, it is a good sign. Good luck.

@teetee fabulous🇯🇲❤️🇭🇹 it’s true too. after other calls made they told me it was actually in the service center and nothing was in the FO 🤷‍♂️ some agents are willing to work with you and tell you how things are… some others say what you want to hear. So I’m taking what they say lightly and I don’t get excited too quickly :)

@child of grace I can’t answer this, I don’t see this. for my i-751 I don’t have the same feature. And the first time it wasn’t electronic… I saw an update two weeks after RFE was answered. it was in 2021

@child of grace You won't know unless there's a change in status like actively reviewing. Which isn't even active at all🙄😒
