I-485 reopen
My I-485 was just reopen after the judge dismissed my court case. has anyone ever been in this situation and how long would it take for me to get a decision.
Do you guys think they would consider my original filing date.

I filed for Vawa in 2020 then three days later I got a deportation hearing letter. my lawyer wrote a letter to the judge to say that I already filed for Vawa m, so I thought that was over with. In November of 2023 my Vawa was approved. in February of 2024 my I-485 was closed because they said that USCIS do not have jurisdiction over my case because of the deportation hearing. I went to the hearing and ICE drop the case because I have an approved Vawa, so the judge dismissed the case. Now the case is reopened with USCIS.

how long it took for them to reopen from the date you sent your request please ?

my lawyer send it on the First of march and the reopen it on the 4th
