i-485 rejection timeline
It’s been two weeks since the Chicago Lockbox received my i-485 package [June 10]. I sent cashier’s checks and it will be rejected. But I have not received rejection letter and my package. I am getting super anxious. Do you recommend refiling without waiting?

It took them a month to get the rejection letter and my documents sent bank to me. I just added ACH payment (there’s a form for that) reposted to them. And within a week, I got a receipt notice.

thanks for sharing your experience. so, maybe I’ll wait more to see if they would return it within next two weeks.
