From the date USCIS received your I-485 application it takes btw 3 to 4 weeks before you get your receipt in the mail box

it took 4weeks 2days ago and I did not receipt any notice in mail box is it usually takes 4-6 weeks to get receipt notice, right?

I got my receipt in the mail in less than 4 weeks. It depends on who’s handling ya file.

During COVID it’s taking up to 8 weeks in my experience.

Ok. Good to know you're able to reach out to them. The have really slowed down their processes of applications, that's why every applicant is waiting for so long to get approval notices/receipts.

since last year until now and still no receipt and I called 3 times already

i got notice and return all package. they said that my priority date is not current. I based on priority date on i-140 notice, not on priority date on i-140 approval notice. should I wait more when it becomes current and submit again?
