I got the same response when the agent raised a service request for me back in March. Got a reply that there is Backlog that has nothing to do with my case that they hope they finish working on my case between that April and the next 6 months. it's been 7 months they received my medical rfe. @M A did you try to reach out again to any agent after you got that response of "workload "?

@My Rock I got the same email as you except they said 90 days, but that was up so I sent another one and I just got the same response again. I don’t know why they take so long when all they needed was the medical to finish our cases!

@M A they would be obligated to answer within 30 days

@llliww H the congressman is going by Boston processing times when Memphis TN has jurisdiction over my case and I tried telling them that so they think I can’t submit questions until March 2024 😞
