i-485 Process Post Aug Bulletin
Hi All, appreciate any views on the below. confused as hell post the bulletin update
PD - 24th Jan 2023
i-485 Reciept date - 24th Jan 2023
i am eligible for a cross charge to my wife’s country of origin and based on the Aug Bulletin the final date of action is 1 Aug 2023.
does this mean a visa number is available or will it be delayed due to the retrogression?
