wow what a long case. I’m also in Sacramento. I submitted 08/2022 got interview 1/2023. got noid after interview submitted the required documents and still waiting

just a way for them to tell you they are sitting on your case. Same response for me too.

I’m in Sacramento but my case is not local it is at Phoenix, Az FO. @Amy Tava did your case first was at NBC then transferred to Sac FO?

@Q A interview was good. I brought our child with us. officer was very hungry and didn’t want to interview to go tooo long. asked mostly questions on 485. got noid to submit 601 waiver. husband came with f1 didn’t go to school.

@Q A Yes my case was first at NBC, transferred to Santa Ana, they sent me medical rfe but asked me to send the response to Sacramento! then my case was transferred to Sacramento!

@Amy Tava how about congressman or senator? I contacted Dianne Feinstein before but I recently contacted Alex Padilla. his office got back to me in a day to tell me they will follow up.

@Unknown Name a service request was submitted from Padilla’s office on my case and received the exact same answer! the case is pending background check! contact us in 180 days if no update!
