i received the same and I submitted my medical with the email notice by mail. they sent email to me and to my attorney

@j l please do not wait and send ASAP. This is the new trend if you have been following this forum. FYI: you won’t get an update on your online account, you won’t see it on the documents tab and after sending, you might not get an update that it has been received. Most people get approved within a few days to weeks because likely the interview has been waived @s h this is different from the deficiency notice so pls do not provide wrong information.

@Hope Fully do you by any chance know why it’s so? I have a friend who received a mail for rfe i693, but it never updated on her account that an rfe was sent.

does this mean that even people who get approved might not get an update or even when they send their green card ?

@j l i sent them on 9 March received on 12 but no update yet . my lawyer said might happen in 2 to 3 weeks, let’s see . I am tired to checking everyday

@Tobi O I don’t know why but suspect it is due to the backlogs. The content of the letter matters alot because if it says wait till an RFE or interview to submit then it was just a deficiency notice. Once approved there is always an update on that tho. All what I am stating is based on what I have observed from people’s post. Always remember that USCIS are unpredictable

@Tobi O I received one by mail and also email my status has not been updated to show they sent rfe I responded back in February and I have not been updated if they even received it either

does it matter if the medical you went is different state compare to where you reside. I reside in New York but when I got the email I was in Virginia so I went to doctor near there and told them to do paper work for me so is that going to have effect on my application. anyone knows this please

mine it didn’t say to wait for any rfe or letter from the mail. it says to expedite your case please print the aforementioned information in this email.

I got the same courtesy email that my case now moved to field office on March 29 as well: because I sent a medical i693 to chicago but it was lost back in June 2022- priority date May 9 2022. I then went to the NY Suffolk county holtsville office to drop off a medical exam but security says I need to make appointment with USCIS before I enter and drop off, then lady on the phone say I need to either wait for RFE to mail back or interview date and bring the medical exam along in person. should I be patient or should I try to go again and drop the medical exam? I definitely want to get a rfe cuz that would most likely mean no interview needed. this is a marriage petition btw (visa holder and Usc) thanks for letting me how it all l goes . this has been tormenting me for a while and I am a naturally anxious person that’s very impatient
