I-485 Moved to field office
Hi,
I chatted with the USCIS live agent today about my I-485 case, and she said, “On 06/26/2024, the case was moved to the Boston Field Office”.
I am in Virginia, and the case should be transferred to the Washington Field Office, NOT the Boston Field Office. Do you have any idea about this situation? Does anyone know how long it would take?

@M F i used to think the same way I don’t think it works this way , they send randomly to any field location for adjustment

@gabriel g Do you think it means an interview is required when the case is moved to a field office?

the same thing here I’m in florida, case was transfered to San Fernando Valley Field. So does it mean interview waived, or something else who tf knows))
