Most banks don't require a social to get added to credit card, if you guys are renting let him add you to to rental lease you can also take out life insurance policies.

no we r not renting. his mom and we live together. and his bank (credit card) won’t allow without the social.

capitol one discover and my credit union all require my to have her ssn number for me to add. heck I could not even add her to the pandora account I open. 😔

work is semi slow. she is on my life ins at work also I took oour health policy at my pt job and earn no money from it just to pay for her to have coverage. well worth it though. 🥰

i think having this is good enough. life insurance at work is also life insurance. we just have to have as much as evidence possible

try get gym membership, Sam’s club card, let him add u as beneficiary on all cards or authorized user don’t need ssn for that . get notorized letters from mom and family friends. phone contract . messages between you both . pictures with family and friends .

get an affidavit of support from friends and family and ask his mom to write a letter for you guys attesting that you guys live with her get enough pictures with friends and family and some greeting cards that you guys gave to each other print out you guys text messages and Facebook comments on you guys pictures share

been a beneficiary of his bank acc. authorized user on credit cards . I did with Bank of America no social was needed for that . u can go online and add the person . not a lot of evidence will cause them to question you more and be difficult with you . but if u can’t get stuff just explain yourself. but get letters . good luck hun . I had bad experience with them. but I held it together and got approved 1 hr after leaving interview. Orlando

i also think the same. a lot of evidence like pictures, fb comments, messages will make them point things out more. i’d like to keep it simple.

You can be added on as an “authorized user” to his credit card. My husband was added to mine without a social. When he got it, he had 10 months of established credit.

You have to be confident in what you have. Are you paying your in-law rent? if so you can get a letter notarize saying this.

i wasn't able to use bank of america without a social or itin. you can also use amazon and add your spouse to the household account.

i technically own half the house though so not like I am going to charge the wife rent 😂
