@Sean s 🇯🇲 congratulations 🎊 on the i130 that's out of the way, but to upload the approval for i130 is not really a big plus, uscis knows that the petition is already approved, what you can upload are any new evidence that you have acquired with you and your wife. big up yourself 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Shanikay p I understand but the information I read on the i130 said I must submit a copy of it with the i485 but documents was already submitted in June 2023 that USCIS requested and at the ending of July 2023 the i130 was approved so am wondering if I can upload a copy of it on my i485 online account

Shanikay I think back in august in my progress for i765 it say 2 weeks for a decision then after the two weeks it says your case is taking longer than expected to process and they will notify me if I should take any action last week now it shows 2 weeks and today now it say the same thing they will let me know if I should take any actions it’s frustrated

Hi Sean that’s just generic message in 130 approval notices, it doesn’t matter they know it’s approved. it’s only necessary if you haven’t filed 485

@Sean s 🇯🇲 if adjusting in the us, you don't need to upload it, if your filing from outside the US, yes you have to upload it. I adjusted in the us too, my i130 was approved, I was also puzzled why do I need to submitt this approval 😅 when I'm already in the usa, a couple hours later the i485 was approved. all case is different, but go ahead and upload the approval, it won't hurt your case at all.
