@srr kaa, yes you’ve have get all documents together for interview. This’ll all documents required what you have been submitted to 360 and 484. make sure get all those documents. do you have any idea which jurisdiction you case 485 has been sent. will you clarify on that please.

you don’t have to bring your spouse things bcuz vawa is about abuse, it’s abt u n your safety. they won’t ask u a lot of stuff

@DC Law agreed 100%. I see several opinions here. In my understanding, those documents are required for the one who has interview based on Marriage and both spouses need to be in the interview. I just had a confusion So I put it over. Thanks all for your feedbacks

I’ll advise to take everything you have with you so you don’t give them a reason to make you wait for approval. I took everything with me and got approved 10 minutes after I left the interview. wasn’t a lot of questions mostly based on the 485. and where me and my current ex met and what he does. be prepared for random questions. all the best.

@srr kaa did you send your Medicals? @leslie moore please share more details of your interview, including all the documents you took with you. what questions were you asked?

I went in with my medical and that was the first thing asked. dob. country of birth, where I work, what I do. i485 yes/ no questions. where I met my husband. who introduced us and pretty random questions

okay, on green cards interviews based on vawa approval, officers instructed not to ask you about your abuse. cause a different department already did take care of that. officer should ask you straight questions you already answered on your application. also nothing will hurt to take your original documents with you in case they asked you about it. it will be smooth don’t worry or stress about it good luck 💕
