@Kwame O I didn’t include any secondary evidence for birth certificate. did you check to be sure you were consistent with your DOB when filing the forms? What secondary evidence are they requesting from you?

@T T I checked to make sure everything is correct and my DOB matches every document. however I got an rfe indicating that my birth certificate is late registered ( I did my birth certificate around 2015) and because of that I have to provide secondary evidence such as school records, weighing card, or baptismal certificates.

Someone just mentioned that if the registration date shows that at the time you were still a minor, it should be a problem. For clarification, @T T were you a minor? how about you @Kwame O ?

@Eddie Kay I’m pretty sure the adjudicator was inexperienced. now I’m back to to waiting 😞 and my FO is notoriously slow. I wasn’t a minor when i had it registered.

@Eddie Kay I uploaded copies of both my Bece and Wassce certificate and an affidavit from my mother plus a cover letter.
