I am in the same situation, I filed in April and I-140 was approved on May ( Premuim processing with RFE). I have never seen somebody approved from Texas in a reasonable time.. It is very frustrating.

I filed with receipt notice to NBC and I hit CRP and fingerprints. no movement afterwards. Are you on CRP ?

@Lion K when is your pd and how long has your case been on CRP. My case has been on CRP for about 3 months now, my PD is not current.

same here, filed concurrent with priority date on 2/8/23. I-140 approved in early September and as per the Emma agent my case remains stuck in TSC. I wonder if sometimes USCIS transfer cases but it is not notified
