I-485
Got a call from USCIS as I applied for emergency advance parole, when I ask him further details about my I-485 status this is what he told me,
1 actions took place on 8th February 2022,
6 action took place on 12th February 2022.
On February 8th it says
“ task ownership changed”
On February 12th
1- interview requested
2- interview waiver determination
3- family pack processing automatically bypass.
4- AOS review completed.
5-I-693 deficiency notice sent
6- RFE response reviewed
My PD is 7th July 2021, NBC , No EAD yet
marriage based, Newark NJ
When I check in the app my status still says “ RFE response received”.I got RFE, and response sent on 23rd December 2021.
Anyone wanna shed some light on it? Appreciated

its been 60 days for me since no response from rfe received and still waiting for someone to get back to me within 30 days because im about to hit 90+ with no response since rfe received

the guy was a representative he doesn’t know much was just reading from the system, No EAD yet

@MRZA A oh i was about to say the agents can say whatever you should of told him that you wanted a tier 2 officer to call you back they will have more information

I’ve seen an average of 10 to 13 months for interview in Newark.
