I-485 for dependents at Newark FO - timelines
- GC received in Jun 2023 for principle from San Fernando non-local FO
- Dependents moved to Newark local FO by 16th Jul 2023 from NBC ( principal & dependents receieved EAD/AP in Jan 2022)
- PD Jun 2021 on EB1-C (India) Current until 31st Jul before the 10+ yrs retrogade in Aug
