I-485 EB5 Unreserved California Center Timeline
My I-526 (Unreserved) was approved on May 31, 2024, after being submitted in November 2019. I filed my I-485 in September 2022 and have been waiting for approval since. In October 2024, my approved I-526 was transferred to the Department of State. I'm currently in the U.S. and want to proceed with my I-485, but there has been no progress. What should I do?
Anybody in the same boat? any recent approvals ?
Also, since I know my medicals are expired. Would it be a good idea to interfile new medicals without an RFE ?

My I-485 was approved within 8 month back in 2022. right now I heard ppls are getting their case approved more faster. so you should check with your attorney or call USCIS.

i filled for my EB5 file in 2019 October. then i applied for work permit, travel document in 2022 july. I received i-526 quary in 2023 December , submitted after 2 months and got approval in 20 days (approx), got Bio-matrix in 2024 june - from then till now there is no reply from uscis for my i-485.

With the new announcement of scrapping EB5, not sure what will it mean for all of us who are waiting

ours will continue till 2027. as it's passed by Congress. that's when the current program will dawn/sunset. then Congress can pass new laws to continue the Samething with better laws etc. but as I read no effect straight away. but may be for the regional operators going concern finances

post RIA for reserved high unemployment category i526 approval is taking how long? (cob India) any idea? anybody in this category? what's your priority date? did you get it?

@rp p i am in exact same timeline as you. the only thing is that i have applied for a renew of my AP and i received the new AP. but i am just hesistant to use it.

@Sean Zhang no, it was not approved, the case was sent to DoS for consular processing ( as they were assuming I am based outside of US) . so it showed up on this app as “Approved” , but it was just moved around lol

@Dhruv M did you submit an inquiry? since your case is now outside the normal processing time( 26.5 months).
if you are in US you can ask your congressman to get the latest update on your behalf.

I submitted an inquiry last week via calling USCIS. I’ll wait and see what USCIS will respond. otherwise will have to find other ways to expedite @Ayush S

Similar boat. My 1-526 was sent for consular processing in Aug 2023. And no update since.
