I-485 Denied
Guys, I had my I-485 denied, my I-765 was approved months ago and my I-130 is pending, in the letter I saw that the reason was that they did not accept my sponsor, the letter says that in 18 days my EAD will be canceled and that I have 33 days to leave the country, I am looking for a lawyer but I wanted to know if anyone has gone through something similar, if I appeal by sending a new sponsor, if I reapply only the I-485 or the entire process. Thanks

Ooh no sorry to hear that. Did you receive RFE for I 864? what was the reason they couldn't accept your sponsor?

I was denied because I didn’t receive a RFE and I filed a motion to reopen I 290B, they reopened the case and I stil waiting, and I keep using the same EAD, you have to file the motion before 30 days,Don’t worry

My wife earns more than the minimum required and they asked for a sponsor in the evidence, then they denied it again even though the sponsor was also above the minimum required.

@G Cury If your wife met the requirements why are they even requesting a sponsor. It's probably another issue with the application😕🤔

@G Cury Don’t leave the country. File a motion to reconsider or a motion to reopen. Not sure what it is called. If your wife makes enough money then there should not be an issue at all. Seems odd. If you leave the country, you will not have the same rights to fight. Even if they deny you again, they would need to deport you and you can fight that and be approved by a judge. I am very sorry you are going through this.

@G Cury So they did not send a NOID? Just a RFE and then a denial? Just don’t leave the country. Fight with everything inside you.

@Kingsley B not yet they sent me another RFE, I responded and now am still waiting but I never sent my EAD back
