@Alice <3 USC spouse here and i just got my EAD last week( am from Dec 29), my i-130 still in “ case receive and I-485 fingerprint have been taken 😭

mi fecha de prioridad es diciembre 26 de 2023. recibi mi EAD en febrero. en marzo 27 de 2024 USCIS recibió mi respuesta del RFE, pero hasta la fecha no de tenido una repuesta o aprobación. Me siento desesperada, ya han pasado 6 meses. :( @Alice <3

@regina1193 22 el mío se actualizó la semana pasada (debajo del estado) para decir que la evidencia se recibió el 15 de octubre con una flecha verde. alguien me dijo que significa que AHORA lo estamos revisando... despues de 10 meses jaja

@mariam T Yesterday I looked for your post to write to you that I received an email from USCIS that they had taken action in my case. I logged into my online account but there is nothing in the documents section. But the processing time changed from 6 month to 2 months, and the current rate is 3 weeks 😱. I hope it's a good sign! 🤞🏻
