hi everyone today I chatted to a live agent via ema she told me that my interview is not waived and my case is on mt laurel field office which is correct because last month I received service request reply by email from the same office I have submitted my medical rfe three months ago my question is that is there still chance to get my interview waive any one had the situation thanks

@abel p go to egov.uscis.gov scroll to tools then u will see the Emma chat bot pop up.Type live agent or info pass until you're connected😉

Only the officers their can decide if they will waive the interview. Each case is treated differently so it could go either way. Continue to stay positive.
