I chatted with agent today and was told that my case currently in Chicago Field Office. I didn’t receive any case transfer notices. I am not sure if she gave me case location based on my mailing adress or it is physically located in chicago.
Did any one have something similar?

same happened to me today.

Sometimes there is no updates for the transfers. When you talk to agents or emma, thry will provide ypu the location. As per them, they see it in their system and its an internal update.
I was told the same and my case was in Dallas Field Office from NBC. Never got a notification for transfer.
