I-485 Case review with no action taken
I asked Emma this morning about the last action taken on my case and the operator said that my case was reviewed on September 8 and September 22, but the last action taken was the biometrics on March 2023. My I-140 (EB1-C) was approved on September 5. Concurrent filed on February 8, 2023 on TSC. Does anyone know what it means that the USCIS agents reviewed the case twice in the last two weeks but didn't take any action or transfer it to a field office?

I asked the agent specifically about if my case was moved to a field office and she said that no, that it was still at the TSC

while adjudication it undergoes several “reviews”. it doesn’t mean necessarily anything. further, even though some agents will tell that “it is at a certain FO”, the official status rarely changes. it moved from biometric to interview/approval/card produced for many in single jump. I think they also tend to pick files selectively depending on dates are current or not.
