I-485 Case
Contacted a live agent this morning thru Emma, was told that my case is at my local field office and the interview was waived, pd date was June 2022. Also asked about the last update on my case and was told it’s under background checks, what’s does that mean? #tiredwaiting #godpleaseanswermyprayers

That is great. That means that you will most likely not need to interview as they believe in the bona fide marriage. Now you need to wait for them to complete background checks and make a decision on the green card.

After my I130 was approved it took them additionaly 15 days. We been seen a lot of different scenarios here, so no worries it will be soon.
Only thing i noticed, it was the day when my I485 went from step 3 to step 4(Case decision).

are you an F2A or your husband is a Citizen? My pd is March 2022, I got this background check email 6 months ago! still waiting for Visa bulletin to get current
