I-485 Aug 2022 Filing
My I-485 is at NBC, filed on Aug 31, 2022 but still haven’t got approval yet. Live chat agent advised me couple months ago that my interview was waived and transferred back to NBC from local field office (San Jose, CA). It’s been a long time so I’m a bit worried, has anyone been in the same boat? Thank you.

Hi, same F1 cat. California centre, my PD is Feb 2015, received my EAD in Nov 2022, still waiting for update on interview. May I know how did you ask the live agent? I tried asked a few times but they gave me same model answer, which is still processing. thanks

I think I got lucky that time, the live agent just told me all the information. But after that chat, no one told me anything else rather than wait for the final decision :(
