@New York: In our case, we requested ours on Friday Feb 25th, RFE requested on Monday 2/28, we sent response on Tuesday 3/1. Then, yesterday 3/2 they approved the request then they ordered card production. Just now AP is approved.
I think your should give them a call about it since its about a month now
