I-485 approved, interview waived, no EAD no AP

Hi everyone, I finally got it. I-485 approved, interview waived. No EAD, no AP regardless of fours expedite requests for financial hardship and a job offer. I added all the steps of the process with the dates. you can press on the visa timeline to see them. Background: We did the process all by ourselves, no lawyer. I’m a French citizen married to a US citizen. We have been married for five years. We have a 4 year old child. Adjusting status from a B1/B2 visa. NBC Detroit FO If the time goes back I would never do AOS. I would rather do the normal processing through the US consulat in Paris. I couldn’t work for almost 7 months during the AOS process. juste une dernière question , j avais déjà envoyé mon dossier médical avec tout les formulaires en janvier , dois je refaire un autre dossier (vaccin analyses...) ??

@lily fl, je suis dans le même cas lol, j’avais envoyé mon dossier aussi. J’ai demandé un appel de tier 2 et on m’a expliqué que soit ils l’ont perdu soit ils l’ont pas vu, c’était possible de faire une demande auprès de NBC pour chercher le dossier médical mais je me suis dit que ça allait prendre du temps. Je suis revenu chez le même médecin je lui ai demandé de me refaire l’enveloppe. J’ai pas refait les analyse ni les vaccins.

@S A thanks buddy, since the beginning Emma was telling me that interview is waived but I think it’s up to the local office to decide if interview is waived or not. In the Detroit office, I saw that some people got interview and others no. it depends on the case.

@v l i think my case was transferred to local office on April 21st. it’s the date that they looked at my response to the RFE again and it’s also the date that I noticed something in my uscis account. The I-485 case was clearly separated from I-765 and I-131.
