it was just i-693. you have to find a doctor by the USCIS site and I will do everything for you and give the envelope you have to send to the USCIS.

just giving you guys an update, on 01/08 I received my green card by USPS.
yesterday I went to DMV to get the learning permit test, the lady told that the DMV can't verify my green card and they sent the message to the USCIS for the verification. and she sent me a message to tell me that I have to wait for 35 days and once the USCIS answers, they will contact me.
someone has an Idea how this works?
