please can you share your experience cause I know it’s hard to get approved

I am in the same situation I did my interview since March 3rd and still waiting for judge decision because I am in removal process

is not hard at all my wife was arested at airport by immigration they let her go and give her an court date in 2018 she went to court without Lawer and they give her a 2019 court date wich was canceled later to 2010 date we got married in 2019 I was a green card holder at the time we hired a lawyer and we filled I 130 wich got approved in 2022 I became us citizen in February and we filled I 485 with the judge and asked to get an yearly court date we got one in may19 we did biometrics on beginning of may on court date the judge and uscis officer interviewed my wife by herself they give her regular questions from I 485 form yes and no questions and she got approved on the spot we requested a infopass appointment and got one today they took all information that we provided by the judge and in couple of hours status updated form fingerprints to new card is produced

@Angelo Azac we got approved on the spot they give a bad attitude but she hold it to the end

its not easy because the officer who interviewed me told me I will approuve your case but you know you are removal process and I told him yes so I still waiting it’s so stressful

Sam Bek no my lawyer didn’t motion to dismiss the case she filled a motion to approve our i485 in court as i because us citizen and we have i130 approved already and is no need to go with uscis again on I 485 we should have master hearing in July but the judge changed in may for a final hearing
