I-485 approved a day after the interview
We went to our concurrent filed case I130/I485 yesterday. The I-130 was approved the same day. Today the I-485 was approved. I am happy to answer any questions.

congratulations pls when u mean concurrent have you ever filed before cos my first application got denied in 2020 and I have a NTA pending till next year… but I refilled after my first denial and I have everything approved but waiting for I-485 it’s been 504 days pls advice

@Ola sho no we never filed before. We filed I130 and I485 at the same time.

@child of grace they asked me about my previous adoption case which was denied and my spouse's previous marriage. They wanted to make surr I did not get married for immigration purpose.

@ana.fh . I was asked if I knew I was overstay since I got denied for my adoption case. I did not know since I was only 15. Then I asked if I married to my wife for th greencard. obviously not. My wife was asked how long had she been married before divorce, and how long after the divorce she married me.

@Dalila F. no I did not, they said it should be around 2 weeks to get the physical card in the mail.
