@A K , yup. my case starts with LIN21086 - 53 more cases are still pending in this range. if they approve 1 case per day it will take another 2.5 months in the worst case.

if they approve one case per month it would take around 3-4 years. thats what it looks like these days. I’ve seen many people from texas centre waiting for almost 3 years

PD: Nov 2010 , Receipt: Oct 27 2020, date got current April 2021, transferred to Nebraska : Aug 16. 2021, I interfiled 693 medicals on December 22 2021, got RFE for medicals again on Dec 24th. RFe response date is Jan 6. Approved Feb 1st

@aspiring why did they ask you for medical second time? can they do that eventho you submitted 4-5 months ago and tney recieved it

I have no idea. I didnot submit medicals when I initially filed my I-485 in Oct 2020. in December 2021, when I lost my patience, I tried interfiling my medicals just to see if they would process my application. as soon as they received it, the very next day they issued an RFE for the medicals. from what I have read in other forums, I’m not the only one at Nebraska who were asked to file for medicals through RFE twice. seems like it happened to many of them. just to not delay my application, I filed my medicals again

so did you have to go with medicals again or you submitted the old ones again?

can’t submit the old ones again. had to go through medicals again
