@Michael Scott , yes I applied for I-765/I-131 at the same time with I-485, and got the combo card, through expedite with the congressman, in early June

thank you guys! @sina sh , yes I am perisan. I had some medical records belonging to one of my relatives and used them as the basis for my expedite request.

@Arslaan K , I chatted several times with emma and sometimes they told me that my case is at San Bernardino FO. Due to retrogression, my case was not current between May-Aug of 2024. But I never received “case remains pending” status.
