I-485 Application Update from December 2022
Hello all. I submitted my I-485 on December 28, 2022 but haven’t heard anything from USCIS yet. Just checking to see if anyone has received any decision around this time frame. Also few people has received a case status with case remains pending due to no priority date while mine is still fingerprints received. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m in MSC239005 block. yesterday chatted with agent he said my case is it NBC now. hopefully I hear something soon @RK 485

Thank you all for the responses. I am EB2, PD July 1, 2022. Case submitted to NBC and still waiting. Hopefully October bulletin will include my PD.

@s f p @PK Das @G M @Black Matter @M k @RK 485 @Suzy K @yogi Kone guys my I485 is pending with recipt MSC239012 block based on EB2 NIW ( ROW) approval , my priority date May/27/2022, the status now is Case remains pending (CRP), I got approved for EAD and AP on May/1st/2023, any ideas?

@M E as far as I know. most of the emplyement based AOS are exempted from IV except very few and very much opposite for family based.
