I-485 and I-130 denied
USCIS is so funny. they sent me a notice stating they had sent me a NOID on April 25th for more evidence which they NEVER did and just sent me a notice of denial now bc I never replied to the NOID. this is ridiculous… but that is okay because I will be refilling everything and sending every type of evidence I can send this time around. God is in control.

sometimes lawyers are not even good, mine didn’t notify me of AP approval / card being delivered - I had to go in and ask if my case had any update - very frustrating! hopefully your experience is better and you’ll receive good news soon!! GOD IS IN CONTROL!

so sorry to hear that! I had exactly the same situation last year. they denied me July 2023 and I refilled the case again with all the types of evidences. yesterday my case was approved finally without interview or RFE. it took 10 months. I wish you a good luck and hope that yours will be even faster!

@waiting - January 2022 we sent affidavits from neighbours and friends, joint bank statements, joint tax return, bills, purchases such as property, family pictures and tickets.
yes, they approved a EAD and advance parole in 4 months as well.

they sent me 2 of the same NOID and on RFE after booth NOIDs , something is wrong with them system
