i-485 and EAD.
i have a pending I-140 that was filed in March
2025. Since my priority date is now current on the Visa Bulletin, am I eligible to file my 1-485 (Adjustment of Status) and I-765 (EAD) concurrently? I'm looking to secure my legal status and obtain a work permit while the petition is processed. Is this possible?

No. From my understanding, you can only do that if your date is same as 'Final action date'

If you are ROW , then yes you can file your I-485 and I-765 in March as the category is current for the filing date and USCIS is accepting the filing date for the month of March. please note is your I-140 gets denied you will lose those fees. It's best to premium process your I-140 get it approved then file the other petitions. Best time to do pp is this week as the fees increase in March. all the best .
