NO IDEA CUZ I TOO JUST GOT APPROVED FOR VAWA IN SEPTEMBER AND STILL WAITING

Did ya’ll file I-485 concurrently with I-360? It took my friend who did not file concurrently 7 months to get her GC (one month after medical). However, i hear the time frame if you file both cases together is different (probably shorter). Guys I can’t wait to finish this process. I started my vawa journey March 2018. Just got approved this week.

I filed concurrently 485, 765, and 360

I think depends a lot of which field office your I-485 goes to. Some are more busy than others. I filed my I-485 in 2019 along with my AOS, and requested to put in abeyance when I switch to vawa. I got approved a week ago for my vawa, and praying to my I-485 be faster since I filed in 2019 ! 🙏

@victory I got that on oct 16th on then last week I got ref for medical but it did not show on my status I’m going to respond Monday or Tuesday

@Shauna you think i will have to do another medical after submitting medicals with my application?

@shauna, mine was on the 13th of last month, but it didn’t show on my lawfully app so I went on my online account before I saw it

hi @Shauna congrats on medical RFE. pls kindly share your timeline. I was approved May 2022 and nothing yet on i485 apart from deficiency notice in June and fingerprints last month

@victory, my fingerprints just got updated again to my I-485.

@grace the deficiency is for your medical? if yes did you submit it already? and my time line is Vawa pd: Jan 24,2020 approved: April 16,2022 oct 16,2022 finger print apply to your I-485 medical REF:0ct 26, 2022

@nop ing I also submit medical in 2020 it only last for two years my lawyer says so I have to do one more and have all vaccination
