Well, your interview was most likely waived. that’s a good sign that they are actively working on your case, hopefully you will get the good news soon.

Hello everyone, I started this my process since 2019, I filed my i 130 application 2020 because my lawyer then told me that uscis has to approve my i 130 first before I can file others. my i 130 was approved 2020 but i have a new lawyer now that knows what she is doing. Most lawyers here don’t know what they are doing, you will be the one to be giving them update. All they know is to remind you of your payment when due. I’m just waiting for GC to be approved by God’s grace.

@ August 2021 and this is the second time they are canceling my interview, Am just tired for this whole process.

@ after this long, what are they looking for. Am just tired of everything. meaning you are saying they will call me for the Third interview lol this uscis is really crazy.

@ yes I did and they also send me that they cannot verify it but I got a letter from my country stating that the divorce was in fact real.
