I-485 Adjustment of Status Aprroved!
My wives I – 485 was approved today no interview no request for medical no RFP, except for the one for my income. I’ve never heard of. No, Medical requested Maybe she is only getting it to your green card but I don’t know why, but we are not complaining.

no request for medical? I assume she didn’t send it in. That’s strange tho…I know you should be happy but might want to confirm with that because usually medical is a requirement and don’t want it to come back to bite you

@sunny d after speaking with USCIS it makes more sense due to the 60 day waiver ruling since she had her medical exam done in October 2021 and we filed for her adjustment of status in March 2022 they use that medical exam has her adjustment of status medical exam

@Millie w what Sunny D said is correct after speaking with USCIS they used her K-1 visa medical exam, which is great for us saves us money and the process goes faster

@Shiva S our field office was Louisville Kentucky, but it never made it to our field office. It was all approved the NBC and yes we filed concurrently.

my case IOE is 365 days today..My I-130 is on 3rd time actively reviewing by uscis after submitting RFE...how long is gonna take to get Approved..pls anybody in the same situation?? help me pls..thanks

@koko Bino after our RFE it took 203 days for I-485 approval
