I-485
I know that the estimated time on MyUSCIS is not accurate, but my time is changing daily from 4 months to 4 weeks and back since December 2023. My I-130 takes longer than expected since December as well, and nothing changed yet. Could this mean something? Or am I just putting my hopes up for nothing? 🥲🫠

Hi! My i485 never showed a time estimate, but at the time of my i130 approval that one said 6 months. Im not sure the times mean a single thing. From what Ive read in the community its never been correct for anyone! I also read 2nd active review is when approval comes and not on the 1st so when I got my 1st active reviews I thought nothing of them but I got the approval during my 1st active review. I think it is really truly different for everyone unfortunately. Wish their process was more straight forward and followed set times/guidelines. I hope youre approved soon!!!
