I mailed out my application on March 26 via USPS Priority Overnight which supposed to be delivered by Chicago on Mar 27. But it looks like it’s delaying service.
If my case arrive afrer April 1, 2024 fee increased will my case would be rejected? Since I paid the fee before it increased.

Receipt date is same as priority date and is only given when USCIS accepts your application, i.e it is a complete application and cashes in the payment. If they do this on after April 1st then you are subject to the new fees even if the mail was technically sent earlier. I don’t know think they work weekends more so because they’re not going to process all these cheques on a weekend. So hope they cash in and send receipt numbers via texts if you attached the G25 form for receiving text

priority is 2 days a I was told. I paid mine to be delivered the next day and it got there 2 days later. I think it should get there before April 1

my lawyer explain to me that they count on the postmark date not the date uscis accepted so in this case your postmark date is March 27th.
