I received a response from uscis through congressman saying that my case is under further review by a supervisor? what is that mean? my case was filed two years now?

Google who is the congressman of your jurisdiction, your county, or city, and then send them email on their website.

@Bnj F. They have just Rfe response received on the website for over 5 months now, although rfe response was submitted over 15 months now.
