I just received my green card and my date it says I became a permanent resident is 12/21/2020 but I was married on 3/8/2021. So my card will expire on 12/21/2022 almost 3 months before my two year wedding anniversary on 3/8/2023. Is this normal did anyone else receiving their cards have this happen and what did you do?? I have a category CR6 card and thank you in advance😊

I believe that's fine, because there's no way your I-751 will be processed in less than 6 months. What matters is that by the time they approve it, you have two years of marriage

it's okay to apply for it for sure.

applying doesn't mean getting it approved, you know what I mean? you will apply for it before the two years, but your case will be approved after it. this is possible.

They made a mistake. how could you have been a resident before the petitioner even filed for you. The marriage that have you the green card didn't exist then. call USCIS

I sent it back to uscis with I-90 like 3 weeks ago and still waiting for replacement
