I-485
I have two approved I-140 , one in Eb-3 category
Other one is EB-2 NIW.
My priority date is 17 dec 2021 for both I-140.
I have a pending I-485 since 18 Dec 2022 based on my EB-3 petition.
My NIW approved recently with the older priority date.
Last year when I started working for my EB-3 sponsoring company, as I was using my EAD, I had to drop my F-1 too.
I have two query, would I be able to transfer the underlying basis of the I-485?
Or I can file a new i-485 ?
I am planning to get married soon. How would I add my spouse after marriage?

you can transfer the underlying basis by sending a letter to the office with your i485.
For your spouse, they can file i485 as your dependent provided the marriage is before your i485 gets approved.
