we just got second RFE for me and my wife, after we sent our medical RFE, they asking for proof of lawful presence in US for the past years, and additionally from me proof of my school attendance since I had F 1 status, we sent my wife's response already, in the meantime I am waiting from my school to get all my records, because they want to see all of it even my homework... The second RFE wasn't posted in the our case status page, it's still showing that they received our response for first RFE, you never know what to expect from USCIS

@gl fjo yes I keept it until our l 140 was approved, even after that for a few more months, until recently we decided do not maintain it anymore since we start seeing progress with AOS for EB3
