@𝖨𝖢𝖮 COI applied 4/28 still waiting case transferred to a field office and was laast reviewed 7/8

march 16 2023 and just got rfe las week its pretty normal

@Tay S Mine was transferred to the Boston Field office which is weird since I am in VA

@M F yes it is, idk how they are transferring it. mine was transferred to Yakima when I am in NJ.

@M F how do you know if your case was transferred to filed office?

@Mehmet S I chatted with a live agent using USCIS Emma.

@M F I doubt the live agent.

@J S @Mehmet S for that you have to chat with the agent on Emma. And just simply ask this “where is my case is currently processing at?”

but it doesn’t show up on case status correct?

@Mehmet S I was also thinking same like you. So I asked it to three different agents so everybody told me about the same field office …

@Mehmet S correct, only the somebody from USCIS tell you that, somebody who has the more access to internal information.

@M F @Shamsher sidhu live agent said my case was transferred to San Fernando Valley field office on 7/31/24. I submitted my RFE medical on 7/5 and RFE response was received on 7/10/2024.

I am thinking if they will schedule me for interviews since it was transferred to field office.

@Mehmet S your application is now at the final stage. Officer will now review it if they need an interview or they don’t need an interview. Hopefully you will get approved in like 30 days.

@Shamsher sidhu what is your stage now? when did you submit your application? did you with submit medical together?

@Mehmet S No , they don’t send anything regarding the transfer nor give any update on case status. Only USCIS representative have access to that information on their side . be positive. good news coming soon

@Jasvir Singh veer ji , some agents are nice and provide satisfactory information and one of those told you about your field office. But some are really rude, they just feed misinformation. If any of them told you about FRESNO FIELD OFFICE. Your case is at fresno field office, otherwise nobody was going to give you name of any field office..

@Shamsher sidhu do you think we will receive interview notice since it was transferred to field office?

@Mehmet S USCIS transferred cases for I 485 all across the country to distribute workload equally so they can adjudicates the cases more faster. It doesn’t mean that you’re going to get interview for sure. Nobody knows, it all depends on the officer working on your case if the interview is required or they are going to waive the interview. Basically it all depends on the officer when they review your application. Hopefully no interview required.
