I-485 : New Card Being Produced
Hi All,
Today my GC status is showing as New Card Being Produced. My Bio was taken on Mar 23rd and today it's directly moved to this status. Is this means my interview is waived?
Center : NBC
Employement Based (applied with i131 and 765)
PD : 23 Feb 2020
File Received by USCIS: 23 Oct 2020
Bio Appointment for 485/765 (not for i131) : 22 Mar 2021
New Card Being Produced : 13 May 2021
(EAD status showing as BIO Taken and AP status showing as Case Received)

Congratulations! When you say âfile receivedâ on 10/23/2020 you mean I-485 receipt date? So you skipped EAD/AP card and got directly your Green card, wow. Lucky you! Congrats again!

@EL : Bio was taken in Cincinnati,OH..not sure that's my FO or not. I never got a status like your case is transferred to FO
