My attorney sent me a send thay she wont be available to follow me to my Interview due to other engagements. Im scheduled for next month Jan. I dont know if I should be worried 😕.

Get someone else; they are not supposed to ask any questions besides yes or no questions related to your I-485. However, I heard that when they see people attend alone, they ask more questions than they should.

@God loves you! ;) I will call the office on Monday, to see if I can talk them to it. os I wasn't told that they wont be present during GC interview. Im thinking maybe because im out of the state she resides. sigh ! and they dont pick and choose out of state cases GC interview they will go for . Whatever it is , I pray and believe it will end in praise and it will be a good 2026 welcome gift 🎁 🙏

what’s ur timeline? how long after ur medical u have your green card? also you have second biometric appointment?
