you need to file separate forms for them. Also, it appear you don’t have experience in filing joint AOS with your family, why not contact an attorney to help out at a low fee. There is a section that let you link your family 485 AOS with your approved petition (I-140).

@Wiz K you should have submitted separate forms for your dependents and pay $1225 for each. Are you still maintaining your F1? have you used gc ead? if you dropped F1 you're under authorized status in the US and your dependents are out of status.

@Wiz K including them in your submitted I-485 form does not cover them for green card when they are approving yours. You should have filled their I-485 forms along with yours.

@Wiz K Like everyone said, you need to file a form for each dependant. In addition to the EAD and AP forms, you need to file a form I-134 with your dependent forms to successfully link their application to yours. Be careful when filling that form since there are portions that you have to sign as the primary although it goes with the dependant's form. Best.

one more question; we did medical exams together and I already submitted their medical reports together with mine in May 2023 even though their 485 forms were not there. does it mean USCIS still keeps those reports or they’ll need to do medical exams again? Thanks in advance!
